About the Builder

 

Todd Wacome is a second generation developer and custom homebuilder, building almost exclusively in Andover, Massachusetts. 

 

For the last 25 years Todd has run Wynwood Associates, an award winning Design-Build Firm constructing homes for over 50 years under the direction of Douglas Wacome and his partner Jack Fulton until they retired during the 1980’s.  Since its inception Wynwood Associates has been recognized as being of the highest quality in the siting and design of each home as well as the workmanship and use of high-end construction materials. Wynwood-built homes routinely resell at a premium price even decades later and are often advertised with the selling point of being a Wynwood home.

 

Wynwood Associates and Fieldstone Meadows Development Corporations have built some of the finest upscale homes in Andover including many homes in Fieldstone Meadows, Regency Ridge and Manning Way. The Taylor Cove townhome development is being built in response to a growing demand for well sited and attractive smaller homes, built to the high quality standards of luxury homes.  Like many of Wynwood’s custom homes, the floor plans at Taylor Cove are varied, open and unique.

 

As in prior developments, Todd has given back to the town with additional storm water treatment and infiltration systems, siting homes so a portion of useful land can be donated back to conservation organizations.  The abutting property to Taylor Cove was also purchased to provide trails and private pedestrian linkage for town and Taylor Cove residents alike.

 

Todd has been recognized as one of the 10 best homebuilders in the USA by Custom Home magazine, has chaired an education subcommittee for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and has been a speaker at the NAHB Custom Builder Symposium.  Additionally Todd holds several patents for storm water treatment, and has spoken frequently at National and International Low Impact Development conferences, including the 2014 StormCon conference held in Portland, Oregon.

 

Todd resides in Andover with his wife Victoria, and his three children.
